About Gillian Duffin My own experience of SI in 2000 was life changing. It shifted my understanding of how much the body can change forever. I had always thought we had to carry our history of traumas and injuries around with us, that is was unchangeable. I imagined growing older would be full of aches and pains! When I realised I was wrong, that I could let go of old injuries and regain so much freedom, I was eager to learn all about it and introduce others to the healing potential of their bodies. I studied with the grandmasters of this work in Colorado, Hawaii and Brazil. Ida Rolf was a genius, her insights revealed revolutionary ways of seeing the body and transforming thousands of lives. Our ability to adapt to our demands, good and bad, is what keeps us alive. When I see in my sessions how the body can adapt towards better structure and therefore better health, I witness something truly amazing. I am passionate about health and attend regular talks on Nutrition, homeopathy, intention, mental health, yoga and NLP. I continue with my training abroad once a year and with every client I work with.
